Terms

Last updated 5 September 2026

These terms cover this site and the templates I sell. Read them before you buy; buying means you accept them.

Who you are buying from

Felix Clausen, an independent designer in Sweden. felix@virastudio.se.

What this site is

A showcase. Nothing is bought or paid for here. Every button that says buy sends you to the Framer Marketplace or Stripe, and the purchase happens there.

What I sell

Framer website templates, both free and paid. Each one is sold on its own. There is no bundle or no all-access plan.

How buying works

You buy on the Framer Marketplace and pay through Stripe. Framer lists the template and runs the storefront, but Framer does not process the payment and does not handle refunds. I do. Your receipt comes from Stripe.

What you get, and when

A remix link, sent by email as soon as the payment clears. It copies the template into your own Framer workspace. Nothing is shipped and there is nothing to download.

A free Framer account is enough to open a template and edit it. Publishing on your own domain needs a paid Framer plan. That is Framer’s platform.

Refunds

Once the remix link is sent you have the template, so sales are final.

Three exceptions, and I honour them without argument:

  • You bought the same template twice.

  • You were sent the wrong template.

  • Something in the template is broken and I cannot fix it for you.

Email felix@virastudio.se within 14 days of the purchase and include a screenshot of the problem. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Your licence

Buying a template does not make you its owner. It gives you the right to use it, and that right has limits. One paid template covers one website. The full terms are on the licence page.

Support

Email felix@virastudio.se. I answer questions about my templates. Questions about Framer’s pricing, billing or downtime go to Framer.

What I do not promise

Templates are sold as they are. I test them before they go up, but I cannot promise one fits your project, or that Framer will keep working the way it works today. As far as the law allows, I am not liable for lost revenue, lost time, or anything else that follows from using a template.

Changes

I update these terms when something about the business changes. The date at the top tells you when I last did.

Law

Swedish law applies, without taking away the consumer rights you have where you live.
