This site has no shop, no accounts and no login. The only personal data it holds is what you type into a form.
Who is behind it
Felix Clausen, Sweden. felix@virastudio.se. I am the only person who sees anything sent through this site.
What the site collects
The support form: your name, your email address, and your message.
The email signup: your email address.
Framer’s built-in analytics: page views, referrers and country. It sets no cookies and cannot identify you.
What it does not collect
No payment details. Nothing is bought here. Purchases happen on the Framer Marketplace, where Framer and Stripe handle the transaction under their own privacy policies.
Why I have it
To answer you, and to send the emails you asked for. I do not sell or share your details, and I do not build a profile of you.
Who else touches it
Framer hosts this site, stores the form submissions and runs the analytics. Stripe processes payments on the Marketplace. Both operate partly outside the EU/EEA and transfer data under standard contractual clauses. Their own policies cover what they do with it.
How long I keep it
Support messages stay until your question is settled, then I delete them. Email addresses stay until you unsubscribe, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email felix@virastudio.se and you will hear back within 30 days.
If you think I have handled your data badly, you can complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), the Swedish data protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets none. If that changes, this page changes first, and a consent banner goes up before the cookie does.
Changes
I update this page when the site changes. The date at the top tells you when I last did.
